RETURN POLICY

Thank you for purchasing from Tyler Mahj Club. We want you to love your items! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your merchandise within 14 days from the date of receipt.

RETURNS:

  • To initiate a return, please contact tylermahjclub@gmail.com and include your order number, reason for return and applicable photos.

  • Merchandise must be unopened, unused and in original packaging to receive a full refund, excluding shipping.

  • If the merchandise is shrink wrapped and the shrink wrap has been altered in any way there will be a 15% restocking fee associated with your refund.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the merchandise is damaged or defective. If that is the case, customer will pay for return shipping and will be refunded once the item is received by Tyler Mahj Club.

  • Once a return request has been submitted customers have 7 days to ship the merchandise back.

  • If the return shipment is not received within 10 days of the approved request, the return will be considered cancelled and the original order will be marked as final sale. The merchandise is no longer eligible for return, refund or exchange.

  • Please include your order number and reason for return within your package.

  • Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

REFUNDS:

For a full refund all items must be returned unopened, unused and in the original packaging including any shrink-wrapped items.
If the item is shrink-wrapped and the shrink-wrapped has been opened, we can accept the return if it is within the 14 day return window and all items are 100% complete; however, a 15% restocking fee will apply. Original shipping cost will not be refunded.

We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your return merchandise. We will let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically issued a refund on your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days to process. If more than 14 days have passed since your refund was approved please contact us.

EXCHANGES:

Please return the item that you have for a refund and repurchase the new merchandise.
